Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of varevaa.in and to orders placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products
Varevaa pieces are handcrafted reproductions of vintage designs. They are not antiques. Because each piece is made by hand, colour, grain and finish can vary slightly from the photographs. That variation is part of the piece and is not a defect.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. We can cancel an order if a piece is unavailable or if there is an error in the price, and in that case we will refund the amount you paid.
Shipping, returns and refunds
There is no return or refund policy. All sales are final, and Varevaa does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. If something is damaged or not right, write to team@varevaa.in and we will review the situation. See also the Shipping policy.
Gift and business orders
Orders of several pieces for a gift or a business are handled by email. As with all orders, these are final sales. We will confirm the details with you before we start.
Intellectual property
The Varevaa name, logo, photographs and text belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We can update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to that order.
