Are Varevaa pieces antiques?
No. Each piece is a handcrafted reproduction of a vintage design.
What are the pieces made of?
It depends on the piece. Each product page lists the materials for that piece.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
Close, but not identical. Each piece is made by hand, so colour, grain and finish can differ slightly from the photograph. That is not a defect.
How do I care for a piece?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep pieces away from water and direct sun, and avoid harsh polish or cleaners. If a product page gives other care steps, follow those.
How can I pay?
By UPI, card or net banking. Cash on delivery is not available at launch.
Where do you ship?
We ship within India.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 3 business days. Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days in major cities and 7 to 10 business days elsewhere.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, we send a tracking link by email.
How are the pieces packed?
Every piece is wrapped and padded in a sturdy box.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, before your order is dispatched. Write to team@varevaa.in as soon as you can.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. There is no return or refund policy. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before you pay. Details are on the Shipping and returns page.
What if my piece is damaged or not right?
Write to team@varevaa.in and we will review the situation. Please include your order number and photographs.
Can I order several pieces for a gift or a business?
Yes. Send us the occasion, the number of pieces and the date you need them by at team@varevaa.in. More on the Gifting and business page.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. If you are outside India and would like a piece, write to us.
