Shipping

We ship within India. International orders are not available yet. If you are outside India and would like a piece, write to team@varevaa.in.

Shipping cost

The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

We pack and dispatch orders within 3 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. If your order has more than one piece, they may ship separately.

Delivery

Most orders arrive in 4 to 7 business days in major cities and 7 to 10 business days elsewhere. Remote areas and festive weeks can take longer.

Packing

Handcrafted pieces can dent or chip, so we wrap and pad every piece in a sturdy box.

Tracking

We ship with trusted courier partners. You will get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order is on its way.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. The courier will call you on that number. If you need to change the address, write to us before your order is dispatched.

Returns and refunds

There is no return or refund policy. All sales are final. If something is damaged or not right, write to team@varevaa.in and we will review the situation. Please include your order number and photographs. If a parcel looks tampered with, do not accept it, and write to us.

Delivery that fails

If delivery fails because the address is wrong or incomplete, or the parcel is refused, we will contact you about sending it again. Shipping charges for the failed attempts are not refunded.
